Refund & Exchange Policy

*NO REFUNDS* All sales are final. We will only handle defective or wrong items.

For wrong or defective items please send a photo of the defect along with a description to customer service at info@sasahairmakeup.com  and we will help you resolve the issue or offer an exchange so that you can receive your desired product that you initially ordered. Defective or wrong products must be returned within 30 days in its original packaging, untampered, with security seal and or zip tag still attached.

Please understand that Wearing , perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, cutting, removing the hair from the weft or otherwise processing the hair VOIDS the Product Exchange Policy. This also applies to our Magnetic lashes. According to Federal law you cannot return human hair products or Lashes that have been used because of hygienic reasons. This includes removing the hair from the bundle and trying it on. Product must be exchanged for something of equal or greater value. If you have any allergic reactions to our products please discontinue using that product. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions that may happen with the use of our product, and will not take any exchanges or refunds due to allergic reactions.

Do I have to pay for shipping of my exchange?

We do not provide shipping labels and all items returned to SASA Hair & Makeup are done at the customer’s expense. For all orders, the exchange will be sent back to you free of charge for shipment of the exchanged item(s), unless you choose an upgraded shipping option upon checkout.

When will I receive my exchange items?

Please allow 48-72 business hours after your return to arrives at our returns center for processing. Once we have received, inspected and approved that the items are unopened, the security seal is intact, you will be issued a store credit to repurchase your desired style, color shade/length for exchange. To ensure that your Hair exchange is correct, please order the color swatches that you think would be a better match to ensure the perfect exchange.
